This is a genuine PDF rendered by the same engine that produces your invoice — not a screenshot.
Why this one, and when not to use it
Manuscript is for practices where the invoice is a letter: architects, lawyers, editors, private clinics, family offices. It opens with a centred serif masthead, sets the client address as an addressee block, and writes the payment terms as a sentence rather than stacking them in a grey box.
The item table is restrained — hairline rules, no fills — and the total is set in the display serif so it carries weight without shouting. There is a proper signature block at the foot, with room for a drawn signature image, a typed name and a role line.
It is the least software-looking template in the library, which is exactly the point for firms where a generic SaaS invoice would feel off-brand.
